Who Can Become a Cosmogence Talent?

At Cosmogence Talent Pool, we're dedicated to finding the top remote talents from around the world. To become a Cosmogence Talent, you must meet the following criteria:

Top 1% skills

We're looking for the top 1% of the world's developers, with exceptional skills and a passion for remote work.

Full-time availability

You must be available for full-time work (40 hours/week), although we allow for a short transition period for part-time work.

Industry experience

You should have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, with even more job opportunities available if you have worked as a senior software engineer, tech lead, or architect.

Availability for tests & interviews

You must have at least 3-6 hours of availability for tests and interviews, designed by engineering leaders from top companies such as Facebook and Google.

Timezone overlap

To work with our primarily US-based customers, you must have a 4-hour overlap with the US timezone.

Fluent English and proactivity

Effective communication is key for remote work, so you must be fluent in English and proactive in overcoming any remote work challenges.
